– Prime the spray by pressing down the nozzle briefly.
– Lay your baby on his or her side, or sit up with your baby’s head tilted to one side.
– Very gently insert the nozzle into the nostril.
– Press the nozzle briefly and let any excess solution run out before wiping the nose.
– Repeat in the other nostril.
– Clean the nozzle after every application with soapy water, then rinse and dry.
– You can use this every day to clean your baby’s nose. Use six times a day in each nostril, or more if needed.
