NiQuitin Mini’s are for oral use, and help to relieve or prevent any smoking cravings or withdrawal symptoms you might have if you’re trying to quit.
Place one of these lozenges in your mouth and allow it to dissolve (don’t chew). It’ll take around ten minutes to dissolve, and you can have a maximum of 15 a day.
Have one of these mini lozenges when you feel like you want a cigarette. Take eight to fifteen a day (if you need it), and gradually cut down to cut out taking these entirely. When you’re down to using one to two a day, try stopping to use them entirely.
