– Frequency: Apply the gel to the troubled areas a maximum of three times a day, or as advised by a medical professional.
– Quantity: On each application, use a length of 2 to 5 cm of gel (equivalent to 50 to 125 mg of ibuprofen).
– Method: Thoroughly massage the gel into the skin until fully absorbed. Clean hands post-application, unless they are the area being treated.
– Duration: If symptoms persist beyond a week, seek medical advice on continuing the treatment, unless otherwise directed by a physician.
