To use Fybogel Hi-Fibre Orange, follow these instructions:
1. Fill a glass with approximately 150ml (1/4 pint) of cold water.
2. Pour in the required amount (see dosage below).
3. Stir well and drink straight away.
Dosage:
– Adults and children over 12 years: One sachet in the morning and one in the evening.
– Children aged 6 to 12 years: Half to one level 5ml spoonful, depending on age and size, morning and evening.
Do not use Fybogel Hi-Fibre Orange for children under 6 years old. It is important to avoid inhaling the powder when preparing the drink.
