1. Clean and dry the skin around the area where the tape will be applied.
2. Cut the tape to the desired length, and round the edges to prevent peeling.
3. Remove the backing paper from the tape, and apply it to the skin with a slight stretch (around 50% of its maximum stretch) while maintaining the desired muscle position. Make sure to leave at least an inch of tape on each end without stretching for better adhesion.
