Per 57g powder with 200ml whole milk
1. Pour 50ml of whole milk or water into a large glass or mug.
2. Add one 57g sachet of Complan Shake Vanilla Flavour powder.
3. Mix with a whisk or fork until a smooth cream forms, then stir in the remaining 150ml of milk or water.
4. Enjoy the shake within 2 hours of preparation or store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
