Per 57g powder with 200ml whole milk
1. Pour 50ml of whole milk or water into a large glass or mug and add one 57g sachet of Complan Shake powder.
2. Mix the contents into a smooth cream using a whisk or fork.
3. Gradually stir in the remaining 150ml of milk or water.
4. Drink the shake within 2 hours of preparation or store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
