Menthol 1mg, Aniseed Oil 3.5mcl and Capsicum Tincture 25mcl per 5ml, Ginger Oleoresin, Clove Oil, Peppermint Oil, Glycerin E422, Glucose, Sucrose, Tragacanth E413, Benzoic Acid E210, Caramel E150c, Benzoin Tincture, Tolu Tincture, Ethanol, Purified Water

Adults and children over 12 years: Take two or three 5ml spoonfuls (10ml to 15ml)
Children aged 6 to 12 years: Take one or two 5ml spoonfuls (5ml to 10ml)
The above doses may be taken every two or three hours.
