To use our waxed dental floss, take an 18-inch piece and wind it around your middle fingers, leaving a couple of inches between them. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers, gently sliding it between your teeth. Use a gentle back-and-forth motion to clean the sides of each tooth. Remember to floss behind your back teeth and use a clean section of floss for each tooth.

Pull and snap off a length of floss and wind around the middle finger of each hand leaving about 10cm of floss between them. Gently slide the floss between the teeth and slide up and down exerting pressure on the side of each tooth.
