To use Tampax Super Tampons with Applicator, follow these steps:
1. Unwrap the tampon, familiarize yourself with the applicator, and identify the grip area and the smaller tube with the string coming out.
2. Hold the applicator by the grip area and gently insert the larger, outer tube into your vagina, aiming towards your lower back, until your fingers touch your body.
3. Push the smaller tube (plunger) all the way into the larger tube to release the tampon inside your vagina. Then, gently remove the applicator, leaving the tampon and string in place.
Remember to change your tampon every 4-8 hours, depending on your flow, and never exceed 8
